With a career spanning comedy, physical theatre, and new writing, Bridget brings a wealth of experience in developing contemporary Australian work. Through hands-on exercises and discussion, this workshop will explore strategies for working with playwrights, refining storytelling, and navigating the creative risks of staging something brand new.

Bridget Boyle
Bridget Boyle is part of the artistic ensemble for deBASE Productions, which employs a highly physical and collaborative approach to devising new work which is strongly influenced by the teaching of Philippe Gaulier and his philosophy that successful performance begins with a sense of play or le jeu. She co-wrote The Clown From Snowy River with fellow deBASE ensemble member Liz Skitch.
