Graeme Connors

Master singer-songwriter Graeme Connors is opening his catalogue of songs and heading a little further south, bringing his new book and show ‘My Lyrical Life’ to Toowoomba as part of celebrations for his half century in the music industry.

‘My Lyrical Life’ the book, contains 217 songs from the Mackay artist’s pen, recorded by himself, or by artists including Slim Dusty, John Denver and Jon English, plus autobiographical reflections from various phases of his long, colourful 50-year career.

Due to the sheer number of Graeme’s songs that have been recorded over the years, the book took longer than expected to complete, but also gave him the chance to discover gems he hadn’t revisited for decades.
