About The Opportunity
The Empire is inviting Expressions of Interest for a new restaurant operator and preferred catering partner the first time since its opening in 1997.
This is a rare chance to establish a landmark dining destination within The Empire precinct, home to Australia’s largest regional theatre attracting over 130,000 patrons each year and hosting over 500 performances and 70+ events annually.
The successful operator will have exclusive rights to the restaurant space and the opportunity to lead catering for corporate, community, and special events across the precinct.
This is a high-profile opportunity for visionary hospitality professionals to shape the future of food and dining at one of Queensland’s most prestigious cultural institutions.
