#Payment Plans
We now offer Payment Plans on Youth Arts Classes. Below is the step-by-step guide for how to set up a payment plan for Youth Arts Classes.
Before you start: You must have an account on The Empire to access the payment plan option.
1. Login
Visit The Empire website and Login to your account.
Don’t have an account? You’ll need to create one before booking
2. Choose your Drama Class
Find your preferred Drama Class, fill in the Enrolment Form and click Pay Enrolment Fee
3. Select your Term Price
Add the number of students you would like to enroll into the Term Price, then click Proceed
4. Enter your details
Complete your booking details and click Proceed to reservation, then select Reserve Now.
5. Check your email
You’ll receive an email confirming your booking is held, you have 72 hours to complete your reservation, otherwise it will automatically be released.
6. Complete your booking
Return to your reservation and select Complete Online.
You’ll then be given the option to either:
Pay Full Now
Pay in Instalments
Over 4 weekly instalments starting from the day before Term begins.
Pay in Instalments
Over 2 monthly instalments starting from the day before Term begins
7. Choose your payment plan
Select Pay in Instalments, add your payment method, then click Order now and follow the prompts to complete your payment plan.
Important: You must be signed in to your account to select the instalment option. If you’re not signed in, the payment plan option will not appear.
