In celebration of the Empire Theatre’s 20th anniversary season and the 2017 major production of Wicked, the Empire Theatres have released a range of ‘Access Tickets” across all seven performances.
The Empire Theatres seven show season of Wicked, proudly sponsored by Heritage Bank, opens March 31 and runs until Sunday, April 9.
As a way to give the entire community the chance to experience this excellent musical, a limited number of “Access Tickets” are available at the affordable price of $25.00 each.
“Access Tickets” are the perfect way for audience members who have never attended a musical before to give it a try.
Utilizing the back two rows of the spectacular Empire Theatre Auditorium, access ticket holders will enjoy the same sight and sound of one of the world’s most popular musicals brought to life by a talented local cast for a discounted price.
Wicked tells the incredible untold story of an unlikely but profound friendship between two girls who first meet as sorcery students at Shiz University in Oz: the blonde and very popular Glinda and a misunderstood green girl named Elphaba.

Social distancing measures have been put in place across the venue including queue controls. All patrons are asked to maintain the adequate distance from other guests outside their group.
Seats have been allocated to each booking group allowing adequate social distancing between each group. It is important you sit in your allocated seat.
