The hard work of Empire Youth Arts 2020 Junior IMPACT Ensemble has paid off with the release of their Podcast project, Moodscapes.
Created in partnership with University of Southern Queensland, this project was undertaken during 2020 while the live performance option was unavailable due to the pandemic.
In keeping with the Empire Youth Arts philosophy of creating work for, with and by young people, Moodscapes is a four-part podcast series created by the ensemble members with episodes exploring themes of being overwhelmed, frustrated, alone or nostalgic.
The episodes were released weekly since they launched on March 9 this year.
Episode 1 (Overwhelmed by Neeve), Episode 2 (Frustrated by Joel) and Episode 3 (Alone by Tui), are now available on the USQ Podbean platform.
Episode 4 (Nostalgic by Jess) and the conclusion to the series will drop on the platform Monday 29 March.
