The latest addition to the Empire Strikes Back Series is family friendly magic show, Christopher Wayne: Fully Clothed at 4pm on Saturday 15 August.
Christopher Wayne comes to the Empire Theatre at the height of an incredible career in magic, performing his favourite tricks from throughout his years in the industry and sharing the true story of how a magic geek from Brisbane can conquer the world.
Since the age of seven, Christopher Wayne has only ever wanted to do two things – perform magic and make people laugh.
In 2019, he made entertainment history when he became the first Australian magic show ever to headline in Las Vegas, performing a four-month residency at the MGM Grand Casino.
Christopher Wayne: Fully Clothed is an all ages comedy magic show, presented on the beautiful Empire Theatre stage.
The performance follows Toowoomba country music singer, Mick Lindsay who took to the Empire Theatre stage on August 8 as well as musical theatre performance, Love Sick, Queensland Chamber Orchestra Camerata and local jazz band, Cool Nights Big Band throughout the past few months.
The Empire Strikes Back series celebrates the safe reopening of the theatre to limited audiences following the closure period brought about by government restrictions to limit the spread of COVID-19.
Social distancing requirements within the theatre will be adhered to.
The Empire Strikes Back series is now on sale via the Empire Theatres website, or at the Ticketing Office from Monday to Wednesday, 9am - 1pm.

Social distancing measures have been put in place across the venue including queue controls. All patrons are asked to maintain the adequate distance from other guests outside their group.
